How SQEDULE works

1. Tell us what you're looking for

Search for a healthcare service, treatment or concern, or describe what you're looking for in your own words. Not sure which type of healthcare professional or service you need? SQEDULE shows services that may be relevant.

2. Find care that fits around you

Use filters to narrow your search by what matters to you. Depending on the service, they include:

• Location and distance: find care close to home, work or another place, up to 10 miles away.
• Date and time: search for appointments that fit your schedule, up to 14 days ahead.
• Availability: find the next available appointment or choose a particular date.
• Appointment type: choose in-clinic appointments, online consultations or home visits where available. Online appointments are not limited by distance; a home visit depends on how far the clinic travels.
• Health insurance: find providers who say they work with your insurer. Always confirm eligibility and cover with your insurer and the provider.
• Price: search within your preferred price range per appointment.
• Healthcare profession: choose the type of healthcare professional you would like to see.
• Specialty: find providers working within a particular area of healthcare.
• Service or treatment: search for a particular service or treatment.
• Language: find practitioners who offer appointments in your preferred language.
• Accessibility: find locations that say they offer the access you need, such as step-free access or a hearing loop.

3. Compare your options

See provider profiles, professional information, services, prices, locations and available appointments in one place. Every provider completes SQEDULE's verification process before they can accept bookings.

4. Choose your appointment

Choose the provider, location and time that work for you. Where a consultation or assessment is needed before a treatment, the booking shows this.

5. Book through SQEDULE

Confirm your appointment and manage it from My appointments. Where online payment is available, it is processed securely by Stripe. The amount to pay and the provider's cancellation terms are shown before you confirm.

Your provider remains responsible for assessing your circumstances and deciding whether a service or treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

Keep up with providers you like

Save providers to your favourites to find them again. Separately, you can choose to get an email when a favourite releases new appointments, including last-minute ones, and you can follow a provider to get its news and offers by email. You can change either at any time.
