What Sqedule is

Sqedule is a booking service. The clinics listed on it are independent providers who set their own services, prices, practitioners and cancellation terms. Your appointment is a contract between you and the clinic. Sqedule is not a healthcare provider and nothing on this site is medical advice. Clinic descriptions, preparation notes and suitability notices are written by the clinic.

Booking

• The price, deposit or payment timing, inclusions, restrictions and cancellation terms shown when you review an appointment are the terms you accept. If any of them change before you confirm, you are asked to review them again.
• A booking is confirmed only when the appointment page and your confirmation email say so. A request that is still being checked is not a confirmed appointment.
• You must be at least 18 to book, and the details you give must be accurate and yours or given with the permission of the person attending.

Payment

Payments are collected by the clinic through Stripe. Sqedule takes no payment from you and adds no fee. Any balance due at the clinic is paid to the clinic. Refunds follow the cancellation terms you accepted and return to the original payment method.

Cancelling and changing

You can cancel or, where the clinic allows, move an appointment from its page. The cancellation terms you accepted apply to the time of the change. A clinic may also change or cancel an appointment; when it does you are told and the original accepted terms are not made worse.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us through the help page if you think someone else has used your account. Sqedule may suspend an account used to make bookings that are not honoured, to harass clinics or staff, or to interfere with the service.

Availability and liability

Sqedule aims to keep the service available and the listings accurate but does not guarantee either. Sqedule is responsible for the booking service it provides and not for the care a clinic gives. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
