When commission applies
- Only on bookings SQEDULE brings you: a patient who finds you through SQEDULE search, the directory or your SQEDULE profile.
- Never on patients who book through your own booking link, widget, SQEDULE website or Connect messages.
- A patient who comes back through SQEDULE again is charged at half the new-patient rate.
- Commission is worked out on the price you advertise for the service. For a service shown as “From” or as a range, that is the lowest price shown.
- If a patient cancels, the commission becomes booking credit for your next booking, for up to 3 booking attempts. If you refund a patient, the commission is reduced to match.
Consultations that lead to treatment
When SQEDULE brings you a patient for a consultation and a treatment is booked within 6 months, whoever books it, the two count as one new patient. The new-patient rate applies to both prices together, with one cap. On Pay as you go, a £50 consultation carries £6.25; a £500 treatment after it carries £43.75, so the pair never costs more than £50.
Paying monthly or yearly
A yearly plan costs about two months less. It is invoiced at the end of its first month, renews each year, and changes or ends only when it renews. It is not refunded part-way through.
Stripe payment processing
Where patients pay online, Stripe processes the payment and charges its processing fee to you directly. Stripe currently charges 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card; other cards, payment methods and currencies can cost more. Stripe sets these fees, may change them independently, and they are separate from any SQEDULE fee.

Plan subscriptions are charged separately. If the patient pays online by standard UK card, Stripe also charges you £1.70.
