Yes. The SQEDULE booking widget lets patients see your availability and book from your own website. It is included on the Widget, Website and Complete plans, and bookings through it carry no commission.

Choose the Website or Complete plan for a simple SQEDULE website, connected to your provider profile, services and booking calendar. Bookings through it carry no commission. You don't need one to be listed on the marketplace.

Yes. New availability you publish is visible to patients straight away, and patients who have chosen to get availability alerts from your practice are emailed about it.

Favouriting and opting in to communications are separate. A favourite does not give permission for marketing. Patients choose separately whether to get availability updates, and whether to follow you for updates and offers.

On the Connect and Complete plans you can email the patients who follow your practice about last-minute appointments, news, new services and offers, up to 3 times a week. You never see who they are, and bookings from your messages carry no commission.

Pay as you go has no monthly fee. Widget is £6.99 a month, Website £12.99, Connect £18.99 and Complete £29.99, or about two months less paid yearly. Each plan also has its own marketplace commission rates. See pricing.

Only when SQEDULE's marketplace brings you a patient, from 12.5% on Pay as you go down to 2.5% on Complete, with a cap on each booking. A returning patient who books through the marketplace again is charged half that. Bookings through your own link, widget, SQEDULE website or Connect messages carry no commission.

If SQEDULE brought you the patient for a consultation and a treatment is booked within 6 months, by you or the patient, the two count as one new patient: the new-patient rate on both prices together, under one cap.

Where online payments are switched on, patient payments are processed by Stripe.

Stripe charges a fee for processing online payments, directly to you as the provider. It is separate from SQEDULE's plans and commission, and SQEDULE does not receive it. Stripe currently charges 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card payment; other rates can apply depending on the payment method, card type and currency.

The commission on the booking becomes SQEDULE booking credit and is applied to your next commission. A credit can carry across up to three booking attempts in total before it expires. If you cancel an appointment yourself, the commission is not credited, and if you refund a patient it is reduced to match. The details are in the Provider Terms.

SQEDULE tracks registration and document expiry dates. You may need to give updated information or documents to keep offering the services they cover.
